It's the new Ashley Tisdale doll from Huckleberry Toys, available at Toys "R" Us, Wal-Mart and other kiddie stores.
They need to make her nose more jacked up than that, though!

I was almost sure that was a Kelly Pickler doll. The Tiz looks super dif ever since she went under the knife. I am not exactly sure what it is, but she doesn't look normal like she used to.
