yeah it is in arabic "El Huriya" which means "the freedom"

I agree with the person who commented it looks like it was the font taken off windows- I have my name in Arabic over the Syrian flag (My ethnicity) And I did it in my own handwriting- It certainly doesn't look like anyone else's tattoo they had done in arabic.

Its definitely arabic and it means 'freedom'. The letters of the tattoo spell out "Al-Hureeyah" which means freedom.
