American Idol contestant David Hernandez can sing…and strip!
Hernandez's old boss at Dick's Cabaret in Arizona totes sold him out on Monday.
According to his former employer, the Idol finalist appeared fully nude and performed lap dances for the club's 'mostly male' clientele.
"He had the look and the type that people like, so he made pretty good money here," said Mr. Boss Man of David.
It's not clear whether a history as a stripper could disqualify someone from the competition. BUT, just a few years ago, our beloved Frenchie was kicked off the show just for having some racy pictures.
THIS is a lot worse than that!
Fox, which airs Idol, has yet to comment.
Last week, Hernandez was praised by the judges after his performance of The Temptations' Papa Was a Rolling Stone.

Frenchie was kicked off because there were nude pics of her and on a website promoting barely legal girls for sex. There are no nude pics of David posted anywhere. So he shouldnt be kicked off the show unless he's voted off. I dont think being gay should really hurt him with the american idol voters considering most all the guys this season with exception of David Cook appear to be gay anyway. This is a talent show and everyone has earned their spot.

Ya know if you watch the show, youd see he is one of the strongest vocals on there. His voice is amazing, pure and he is just awesome. I think that since Frenchie Davis was disqualified & kicked off "Idol," then Hernandez needs to be disqualified too. It's only fair & it'd be wrong of "Idol" to allow a double-standard like this to exist. It's like saying that women can't be sexual beings while men can. That's not fair. Even if Hernandez is really good-looking and has talent that shouldn't let him off the hook, especially since Frenchie Davis was punished. She was good-looking & had talent, but she was still penalized. I think "Idol" needs to have a concrete set of rules of disqualification for their next season.
