Kenny Chesney deserves every Entertainer of the Year he's won. I've seen him over 10 times and each time gets better and better. He just knows how to put on a concert. Carrie Underwood is definitely the best female vocalist. She's amazing live! I just saw her on Friday and did amazing. I'm also happy for Emerson Drive getting some nominations. Btw..the people who said people who like country are just rednecks. Have you ever seen Carrie Underwood? She's beautiful!!

GO MIRANDA!! It's about time this girl is recognized for her unbelievable talent!

She's got more talent in her little finger than Taylor or Carrie-she's a singer, guitar player & an amazing songwriter. Take a listen to "Gunpowder & Lead" (it's what "little girls are made of") or ANY song on her "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" album-she wrote or co-wrote 8 or 9 of them (and 11 of 12 on her 1st album). She's a gorgeous little blonde w/ blue eyes & dimples that'll kick your ass & make no apologies. She deserves, more than anyone, to win every category she's nominated in! I'm def a "Ran Fan".

Re: Yellow Rose of Texas – your an idiot! taylor writes all her songs she plays the guitar and piano . other coutry singers are now asking her to write from them. so please get your facts straight taylor doesnt have the strongest vocals. but she has talent. !!

  7. Carrie says – reply to this

    107

ive watched carrie perform live and I do think she has strong vocals but she does not impress me any more then Taylor has I love taylor because she is real!! her music is her Life. duh it sounds somewhat "bubble gum" she is 18 her music will mature as she grows older. I love taylor because all her songs have meaning the songs released on the radio arent as good as the ones on her CD . but anywho I love Taylor i Like Carrie but for those wondering why carrie doesnt impress me much because the top vocalist of this generation goes to …. CHRISTINA AGUILERA.
Thank you !!please refer to Christina performances At last and at the grammys in 2007. Carrie performed that year as well and her vocals failed to outshine Christina's . That is why she doesnt impress me.

  8. KELLY says – reply to this

WHAT ABOUT KEITH URBAN, HE ROCKS, YOU SHOULD SEE HIM LIVE.

Perez, I love how you say Kelly is shit and Carrie is god, but look at this…
Carrie and Kelly are both nominated for 1 award.

And is this Kelly's genre? N-Fucking-O.

So, I think that this tells us who the better artist is.

    Kelly Fucking Clarkson.

I love Kelly! So glad she's nominated!

    Carrie Underwood sucks ass

What I find funny all you Taylor fans is that you all say Carrie doesn't even write her own music but yet, Carrie has had more #1 songs that she's written on than Taylor. I am not, not a Taylor fan, the girl can write really well, but that's where all her talent is, in writing. As for singing, it's not there, at all.
