She did it!
Hillary won THREE out of the four primaries on Tuesday night.
Clinton had decisive victories in Rhode Island and the important battleground state of Ohio.
When it came to Texas, it was neck and neck but Hillary won the primary, which accounts for 2/3 of the delegates. A bit complicated, Texas also held caucuses and the results of that, which account for 1/3 of the state's delegates are still too close to call.
We're happy with Hillary. We'd be happy with Barack too.
But, we're supporting Clinton, the candidate we feel confident can deliver on the promise of change!

The popular vote in Texas only accounts for 2/3s of the delegates, whereas the 'superdelegates' account for heavily urban areas which are heavily African American (which vote 9-1 Obama), rather than hispanic (which traditionally vote Clinton). Even if Hillary gets the popular vote, she may not get the majority of the delegates because the superdelegates are going to vote with who they represent. African American communities are heavy in superdelegates which is why Hillary had been considering bringing up a complaint.

You DO know that Texas has a 2-step system, right? You know that the numbers you are looking at only account for the Primary part, right? The Caucus part of Texas' system doesn't end for another 5 minutes and accounts for 1/3 of the delegates.
