he does that nasty master cleanse diet where you drink concoctions of water, honey, lemon, and ceyenne pepper!
He looks better with some meat on his bones. Skinny guys are a not attractive.

He and Jake Gyllenhaal were filming a movie in New Mexico called "Brothers" where they are both prisoners of war. they came into the restaurant I work at and were both on ridiculous diets to lose the weight. Tobey and his wife are also vegan.
his secret is basically not to eat like a fat pig. thats all.
