Brandon "Firecrotch" Davis was robbed and beaten outside of a nightclub in Barcelona, Spain, while traveling with his girlfriend, Australian model Cheyenne Tozzi, on a trip a few weeks ago, In Touch Weekly reports.
Davis lost more than $4,000 in cash (coke money) as well as his credit cards and his $49,000 watch.
Brandon was also quite banged up during the little "incident."
A friend says, "He had a black eye and a bloody lip…Brandon was just glad that he wasn't killed."
Davis probably made the whole thing up so he could claim the insurance money on his watch.
We wouldn't put it past him!

ha!! when I was in the Navy I got into a fight in Barcelona - while piss drunk - against three guys and walked away from it with all my chiclets and some of theirs (still have them!!) - Europeans can't fight, it is small surprise the U.S. and Canada have to go over their every fifty years or so to kick the Germans out of all their countries. haha this is too funny! i believe it though … i dont think that he made it up. i studied abroad in barcelona last year and there are SOOO many pick pocketers. they lurk around las ramblas at night and wait for people to come out of clubs drunk and steal their mula!!! they're real quick about it too. my roommate got her purse stolen and the guy sped away on a moped. at least that money was like chump change aka coke money for him ahaha

I lived in Barcelona for 4 years and know at least a dozen people- tourists and locals who've been mugged, pick-pocketed, etc. So get out of your fake world and open your eyes to reality. BCN is a great city but petty crime is a MAJOR problem that the city conveniently doesn't really warn tourists about because they don't want to lose them. You've got to love the Catalan logic…..

Barcelona is not a dangerous city. It is definitely less dangerous than any US big city. THe thing is that many tourist are dressed so obviously different from nationals (sneakers, t/shirt/short) and they are the primarily target for pickpockets. But nothing violent will happen to you, contrary to what can happen to you in the US, with all the guns around. I've seen so many tourist walking around with the backpack open, being really loud and completely drunk on the streets, or leaving their laptops on a chair while they go to the toilets that I am not suprised that they are robbed. I go to Barcelona all the time, and if you have regular common sense nothing will happen to you for sure.

Re: bcngirl – I lived in Barcelona and there are a lot of this kind of crime-of course you only find out when it happens to you or someone close to you, except the catalans knowing to be stingy. I did internship at the hotel front desk and if I tell you the cases that happend in 3 months i would spend a lot of time writing here. Anyways just one of the numbers cases:
A client at the front desk doing a check-out gets his shit stolen right there, when he realized his shit was gone, the manager took a look at the camera records and there was a man calmly taking the bag and leaving the hotel. Very clever. Not mentioned a number of friends of mine that got stolen.
Everyone gets robbed in Barcelona. He's nothing special, beliiiiieeeeeeeeeeve me.

I'm so glad that there's a number of ppl here standing up for Barcelona. I've lived there for 6 and 1/2 years and my bag/purse WAS NEVER STOLEN! However, I was quite clever. When going to Las Ramblas (the tourist-y area of BCN), I always avoided taking a bag/purse because otherwise, you just become a target. I'm not going to deny that there's a problem with the amount of robbery that goes on specially in that area ’cause I know there's a lot & I have also worked there, close to Las Ramblas.
There's somebody that posted a comment with a whole bunch of recommendations and I have to say that that person couldn't be any more correct (sorry, didn't take a look at the name).
As for this dude, Brandon Davis, I would quite like to know what club he got mugged at… I know most of the clubs there so I guess he was a) really, REALLY drunk b) an idiot and really stupid (oh, the possibilities are endless).
