Joe Francis is trying his hardest to get out of jail, but it's just not working.
The Girls Gone Wild creator just lost a bid on Wednesday to be released from jail in Nevada without being extradited to Florida.
He's been in jail for almost a year already!!!
In case you don't recall, Francis is facing trial for tax evasion in Nevada. Tsk tsk!
But in Florida, he's wanted on charges related to his filming of underage girls during spring break back in 2003.
Francis has made millions of dollars by selling videos of drunk women exposing themselves and/or engaging in sexual acts. With all that money, he should have hired a better accountant.
And definitely a better lawyer!!

I think he deserves his time in jail although you can not fully blame him since these girls should be smart enough to realize the consequences of their actions and have to take some of the blame as well. But this doesn’t mean that you should exploit people and make money off this exploitation just because someone gets intoxicated and gives you the opportunity. He made money off these women, not incorporating them in any way in the revenues generated and he got what he deserved.
