The rock 'n' roll widow claims that she's been DEFRAUDED out of millions….by Kurt Cobain.
That's right, according to Courtney, someone used the dead rocker's social security number to buy a $3.2 million house.
How is that even possible????
“I would like to know how," says Love. "He should probably get his ass back home if that is the case.”
Courtney also claims that thieves set up 188 credit cards in her name!
"I knew it had been going on since when I went cuckoo — bananas — in 2003," explains Love. "It was fraud after fraud. But nobody believed me until now. I did a check on my deceased husband’s social security number and he has a house in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He bought it last year."
Courtney met with police this week to investigate her claims.
“I know who they are," she says ominously. "Taking a child’s money and future is a really horrible thing.”

I just find it odd that anyone would do anything with 3.2 mil that's so traceable. I'm mean seriously … a 3.2 million dollar home … not very sly.

A few months before his death, Cobain weighed in at 115 pounds…In other words, Cobain's level of 1.52 milligrams per liter was more than three times the accepted maximum lethal dose…According to the medical literature, the dose he took was approximately seventy-five times the lethal dose for the average person. What's crucial is that it was triple the LETHAL dose for even the most SEVERE addict." (Wallace and Halperin 82)

And also…don't forget that the police messed up the investigation by touching and moving evidence before taking samples. Anyone who has died, their ss information is online provided by our government. I was shocked to learn this after my father passed away. If you die, someone online can easily look up your social security number. I even found famous people's information on a basic search. To me, that information should remain private.

I work near New Brunswick. That place is ghetto (except if you're near the Rutgers University Campus, of course). It's heavily populated by Mexicans & other minorities. I wouldn't be surprised if they were using Kurt Cobain's name as a way to buy property w/ his social security #. All in all, it's really fucked up.

Just because they printed and sold copies of his death certificate with it right there on thousands of t-shirts after he died, and it's also been widely seen on the Web. It's no secret what his # is.
