well … i shave the top half of my legs, the hair is so fine there, you can barely see it. shaving/ waxing it just causes unnecessary stubble for somewhere mostly so smooth. so i agree with what she's doing! plus, may i add, in certain countries in south america women used to (not sure if this is still the fashion) not shave thier legs at all and just bleach all of the hair so you can barely see it - same with the upper thigh/leg hair. so not all people think its so unattractive
