It's not a big deal…it's normal to not shave the top half of your legs…it's acc alot easier!!!

This isn't just leg hair people… this hair (caused by not having enough fat on your body) is called lanugo. It develops on people who are too thin in order to help the body maintain their body temperature. It's disgusting, but not because she didn't shave….
whatever, its fine and blonde. body hair only gets nasty AFTER you start shaving it,
it is the smartest not to shave your legs past your knee in the winter, because you are always wearing pants(i hope). and it makes it so your legs are less hairy in the summer…………………… but i dont know any one that goes on stage in front of ANY ONE with out shaving EVERYTHING! even your hoo hoo, so what if you dont think any one cant see it, you feel sexy, you look sexy. shave those legs chewy.

A lot of women around her age only shave the bottom half of their legs. It's gross, but i think it's like the old fashion thing to do. She has probably never in her life shaved abover her knee and that's why it looks so willdabeasty!
OK, in her defense…a LOT of women that have blonde to invisible hair on the upper legs DO NOT shave them. Granted, the lighting here is not her friend, but in most cases, its probably invisible and cannot be felt. What happens when you start shaving up there is the pores become more visible, your legs get prickly and the hair seems to become courser if not darker. You legs actually look OLDER when you shave unecessarily.
I cqannot convice most of you clueless people though that if that's fine blondies, you couldn;t even feel them if you rubbed your hand up her leg. But if she started shaving there…you would.
