Lisa Marie Presley is suing mad!
Elvis' daughter is planning to take several publications to court…for calling her fat.
Not just calling her fat, though, but for making claims that she had an “unhealthy appetite” and is “growing like her dad.”
Such allegations have left the star “deeply upset and offended," says her lawyer.
Speaking to the Associated Press, Lisa Marie’s spokeswoman, Cindy Guagenti, said some of the stories had gone too far.
“It’s like, ’she’s gonna die like her father’, ‘her and her mom are in a fight because of her weight’ - that’s not true at all. It’s just awful stuff,” she said.
Geesh. Suing is going a bit far, don't ya think????

While I think its mean that they are speaking of some impending doom and death, there is reason to beleieve she is indeed "chunky" and was so BEFORE her pregnancy. If reports are correct that she is due in the fall then the latest she could be in this pregnancy is 3 months.
