Can someone please explain how two unemployed minor celebrities (with only modest past careers) can afford to be on permanent vacation? Do they really get thousands of dollars to go to resorts? I mean, how do they even afford health care? Seriously, can someone fill me in on how this works?

Nick had his own money before he married Jessica. She was in debt. He bought the house himself and paid for the wedding. He's part owner in a AAA baseball team and part owner of the Hollywood Heat basketball team. He just raised $400,000. with Jimmie Johnson for charity at the Superbowl. His album is coming out soon and they are probably taking a break before he promotes the album. And for the ignorant person who thinks he worked with Lou Perlman, that was Nick CARTER from backstreet Boys, Nick lachey was with 98 Degrees.

Well, you know, both of their careers these days revolve around nothing more than rubbing their extreme "happiness" and "love" in Jessica Simpson's face. I mean, I may not be exactly a fan of hers, but really? You wanna base your entire life around getting back at the chick who dumped you in your twenties? Get over it. Do something with yourself. Vanessa is supposed to be filming a movie soon. Nick is working on an album. These two obviously put a lot of time into each other and making this work…so if that constitutes being a "has been"…then I agree with the person who said "bring it on". There are definately things more important in life than extreme fame and a constant presence in the tabloids. Nick's life with Jessica was so ridiculously high profile so it's like he's made a decision to go the other route with this one.
On another note, does anyone notice that Tony Romo dresses and resembles Nick. Nick's face is more handsome. But it's weird…like Jessica replaced one midwestern guy with another.
