Rather egotistical if you think about it. I'd be O.K. with it if she said she has a problem with everyone breathing "the same air as I do", but to say she has a problem with everyone breathing "her" air? Sounds like a control issue to me, and believe me, I know about control issues. I was involved in a very frightening airplane emergency landing and ever since I've had problems with claustrophobia. Took me years to realize it all has to do with me not being able to control my environment. Perhaps she needs to let go of the ownership of "air" and move on?
God forbid she breathe the same air as the rest of us "commoners". How dare people that spend mega bucks to attend her concerts actually breathe HER air?? Here's an idea for the old bat, go buy an oxygen tank and that way you can breathe your very own air and won't have to share it with us lesser folk. She's getting either senile or as crazy as Michael Jackson and she really does need to get over herself.

have never been to one of her shows would never go to one of her shows. o yes, we steal your air you arrogant over-rated bitch. i've been to shows that were congested & felt claustrophobic, but never could my mind even go to the place to think people were 'stealing my air'. ugh, she's vile.

i recently developed an insane fear of heights and it is pissing me off. at 30 i am suddenly afraid to sit in the high seats at sports arenas. i feel like everyone is looking at me, while i am clambering to hold onto the rails like a fool while i sweat and try not to pass out, trying to get to my seat. but i do it every week. so if i can overcome that stupid of a feat, i know you can overcome your anxiety!

People are being really insensitive about this, just because she's a star and is rich doesn't mean that the panic attacks are meaningless. You can't stop them with money and when they happen they are very real and as she said impossible to rationalize, trust I'm speaking from experience. I can completely relate to what she's saying. Not that I perform on a big stage or whatever, but whenever I'm in a very crowded area, I get so claustrophobic, and it's not about being in a tight space. I literally describe it as I feel like other people are breathing my air and there's none left for me. I read what Madonna said and thought "Finally! Someone understands what it feels like!"
So that's why she's always playbacking!!!
