Nicky Hilton is speaking out on the speculation that she's suffering from an eating disorder.
The pin thin star says, "There's no truth to any starvation, eating disorders, rumors. I think the press has been printing a lot of pictures of me from unflattering angles," added the 24-year-old designer. "My friends see the pictures and they're like 'Oh my god are you okay?' And then they see me, and they're like 'Oh … ' It's really not that interesting or true."

She IS looking A LOT thinner than usual. Her knees are knobby and you can see how thin her face is. She usually looks a 'healthy thin,' but she is clearly looking TOO thin. Hope she is well. Anorexic or not she needs to put some weight back on, this just does not look healthy or attractive at all.

re: skinny too - I agree - I’m a size 0 or 24 and have been this way my entire life - I’m 28 and eat whatever I want & don’t exercise (unless I’m in the mood to) I think its a little ridiculous to assume that every thin woman is anorexic. The same way it would be unfair to assume every obese person overeats. Thank god for my good genetics.

She is definitely not anorexic, she is 5'9" and weighs 110 pounds, come on, that is totally normal everyone. I'm sure she eats three meals a day…..(meals to her are sticks of gum, sugarfree of course).

I worked at her show last night in Culver City. I was a dresser for the models, so I was backstage the entire time. I saw her, and Paris, and Nikki is definitely way to skinny. I wanted to give her a sandwich. It was painful to look at her skin and bones. She's a very sweet girl though. I saw Paris there too, and of course she showed up in a stunning dress, and definitely stood out, especially with her new boyfriend Benji Madden. It was kind of sad cause its like she knew she was taking the spotlight away from her sister… well at least she wasn't disgustingly skinny, even though she is very very thin. Well anyways, Nikki did a fabulous job last night, and should go celebrate by eating a hamburger!

If any research was done, you would find out there are two streams of Anorexia. One that is restricting (don't eat) and another one that is purging (eat and then puke). The same goes for bulimia. A main difference between the two is that with anorexia one is markedly underweight, whereas with bulimia one is generally overweight.
With that being said, it's clear that she can be anorexic. Eating does not promise that the food stays down.

Anorexia is a real psychological problem. If she does have anorexia, I hope that she is able to grab hold of it quickly before it gets more out of control. People can be do insensitive about this illness with comments such as "kleenex for lunch anyone?". How would you like it if I made fun of you for having an illness such as cancer or depression? which by the way, depression is very commonly involved with eating disorders.
I believe her, she looks perfectly healthy & just slim in this picture, the angles lighting have a lot to do with it. Unless you are seeing a protruding ribcage or a concave stomach on her body, unless you are seeing her naked, you really cannot be sure. Just look at her legs, they look fine here but not so good in that other pic. Angles & lighting are huge in how someone looks.
