Thanks for posting this, I have been waiting forever. This is not the direction Britney needed to go. So if she wanted to make an animated video, sure fine, just do it when you don't have to prove yourself. She needed to use Break The Ice as a way to prove she could still dance and light up the dance floor. Hopefully she will do it with Toy Soldier…..she needs to.

The concept of britney spears was supposed to be about her ability to perform. She's not performing. where is the concept now? synthesized vocals? i think the producer deserves more credit for the single that she does. The song is, of course, awesome. The best on the album in my opinion. The video is horrid. It's got NOTHING to do with the song, it doesnt even resemble an ANIME Britney, and it just points out the depressing fact that things are still too messed up for her to make the vid herself. It WOULD have been cool, if they had the REAL Britney sort of morph into an anime Brit, and actually had to do with the song. The 'to be continued' at the end intrigues me a bit though… maybe a live action version with the real Brit when she's ready? I'd appreciate that. And it'd be worth the wait- I'd rather have waited than have them rush this crappy video that looks like an anime fan made an AMV. And a poor one at that. To reiterate… great song. Horrible idea for a video. I miss Brit Brit;;

Since she's getting back to work, or so it seems, it'd be smart for her to rush into production a legit video. This is very much more for clubs, it seems, as it would be a good ambiance type of thing…interesting, very graphic…but as a video for the masses…it doesn't make sense. This is a stronger song on the album, she could easily turn things around right now and start helping, but perhaps it's still too early?

I love the song, but the animated video isn't much different from all her other videos and live performances (i.e. the lip syncing or not singing at all).

I absolutely love Britney's new music. However, this video was quite boring and just not my scene. Maybe the record company is trying to appeal to Britney's big fan bases in Asia with this one? I think this song was too good to get a boring video like this one. I hope that Britney releases "Toy Soldier" next and does a great live action video for it.
