Respectively, I have the Webster's Collegiate dictionary definition of racism. As well as the definition of "Racism" graciously provided by "Anyone can be Racist". I am viewing the term racism define by Scholars, Philosophers and some Politicians such as Paul Sniderman's essays on racism. Your tone seems idiosycratic on this issue. I sense are very compassionate in supporting your point, however, everyone has their own opinion on the subject of racism and apparently their definition.

Hillary's supporter (Ferraro) comments were not racist, they were true, which is a huge difference. If white American's were to say what he said, we would be put on trial and hung before we even knew what happened. There is no way that Obama can sit under his preaching for 20 years, call him his spiritual advisor and even title his book by one of his preacher's sermons, but when the public catches wind of this…he says that he doesn't agree with him and that he is wrong etc. etc. He is so wrong that Obama had appointed him to lead a committee within his campaign. obama wasnt poor - he was middle class. yes hes had hardships in his life with the loss of his father and his mother, but so have plenty of other people… does the fact that hes "black, poor, and living in a world where rich whites have the power" make him a better candidate? i dont see how any of that is related to the topics of the campaign at all.
