how many times have people said, "the US had 9/11 coming and could have prevented it"? how many times have people (especially white people) called ANY black politician a "sell out"?

Obama's pastor is retired. He is not a racist, attended the church for many years. White ministers from all over the country brought youth groups to hear him preach. He is a very well educated black man with a doctorate who grew up during the civil rights movement and is disappointed that not much has changed. By the way, if people haven't noticed our country has gone down the drain. Most of the world does not respect us and the dollar is worth less than 50 cent in much of the world. I don't think the views of a leader of a church have anything to do with the individual views of a political leader or anyone else. I go to a Catholic church that thinks that gay people shouldn't be married and that they're going to hell, but that doesn't mean that I believe that, I actually believe the opposite.
Don't let your opinions be swayed by something as insignificant as Obamas pastors viewpoints. Is this the best that Hilary supporters can come up with?

While I understand that the phrase "God Damn America" sounds questionable, you need to take it in context. He was questioning the practices of the US. When we stop doing that, bad things happen. For you to suggest that anyone who questions their government should leave the country is very disturbing to me. China is criticized by the US regularly for supposedly persecuting Chinese citizens that question its government's practices. Would you prefer if our nation were like that? Obama is about change, and about not letting our government continue on the path that Bush put it on: attempts at world domination and control of other nations' oil. Sadly, I feel like you may be the voter that voted for Bush last election because you thought it was patriotic…or worse, because you thought Christian morals were under attack.
