I think you are just not having an open mind.If she did a ballad you would say shes doing the same thing shes doing this shes not showing her vocals. I think its time you STFU you damn hater! When Touch my body exploded on the radio you took back your nasty comments just cuz it did so well. If you have an opinion stick to it and dont MIGRATE(pun intended) with the followers who will like something because its a hit!

I actually thought the song was really good. It was smooth, sweet, and it had me tapping my foot. But then again, I have to remember that it's Mariah Carey singing. It is a great song, but coming from Mariah Carey, I expected something more. Something more Hip-hop, (since that would be a really good twistfrom something coming from Mariah Carey), but this song was kinda boring and kinda 'bluh'. Good try Mariah, but go back to the drawing board, and give us a 'BAM!'

The only album that she did after Daydream that didn't reach sales expectations is Glitter from 2001 and it still managed to outsell Madonna's "American Life" but people are too busy hating to even realise that. Touch My Body is the first single and after only 4 weeks out on radio is No.4 on Hot 100 Airplay & No.16 on Hot 100 ONLY on radio support.. single will be available itunes March24th (same day as Madonna's "4 Minutes") and THIS my dear will push her to her 18th No.1 !!!

I ADORE Mariah. Her voice is incredible but the whole hip-hop calabo thing is a little played out since Bone and Breakdown on Butterfly. I cannot lie though, I LOVE this song. I'd love to hear some Vision of Love shiz, but it's a fact of life that she's got to appeal to a younger audience to sell.

The lyrics for both songs sounded as if someone in middle school, no, revise that to elementary school wrote them. Very simple minded and vindictive. To me it was just silliness and vapid. She performed the songs like she was a complete airhead.
