Re: CC – Exactly. Starving isn't a solution to losing weight and the way they have these people lose weight is too drastic all at once. I've been on WW (Weight Watchers) and proud to say, lost 82 pounds GRADUALLY. Now I'm down to a size 6 and very happy with my health, heart rate and looks. I'm not a skinny rail-like waif model, but I look nice in a bikini. Tocarra is so beautiful and personally, I don't think she needs to lose anymore weight. She looks pretty toned too. They should LISTEN to her and not chant, "Have some class" over and over again like a parrot. In anger therapy classes it's proven repetitive commands only aggravate individuals. I'm glad she awakened America's eyes as to how ridiculous this particular show is and that we should embrace who we are; how we look. Stay frosty Tocarra. We love you!
