As we've mentioned before, Guy Ritchie is nowhere to be found.
Mr. Madonna has been noticeably absent for the last few months. Most recently, he failed to attend her Madjesty's induction into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame. In turn, she didn't mention him in her acceptance speech. Ouch!
The happy pair have been married for over seven years.
Now, reports are coming from Ritchie's father, John, that his son's marriage is indeed on the rocks.
According to Closer magazine, John stated that Madonna and Guy are "not spending any time together. Madonna is busy in America with the children, and Guy wants to stay in the UK. They won't be spending Easter together either." Easter? Isn't Madonna Jewish? Since when do they celebrate Easter?
John continued by saying that "Guy is very busy over here in England, and didn't make it to her film premiere last week. He spends his weekends in the countryside and the rest of the time in London."
It is also reported that the pair have seen marriage counselors before to fix their problems.
According to John, Guy will be in the UK all year long, since he's working on a script.

studying kabbalah doesn't make you jewish. it's a mystic jewish teaching, but studying kabbalah would be like taking philosophy classes at a university. you don't have to enroll just to learn about and benefit from it. jews and gentiles can both practice kabbalah equally and freely.
Madonna is not Jewish. Yes, she studies what she claims, although what I know of the subject is that even the most learned of Rabbis have a difficult time understanding it, so there is some cynicism attached to the idea of her and other Hollywood celebs claiming to understand Kabala.
Now, that said, although she isn't Jewish, I have read that she does NOT celebrate Xmas and wont allow the children to receive presents but does celebrate Hanukah. If this is true, it doesn't make any sense to me for she is, simply not Jewish.
She would have had to convert to Judaism, which she hasn't, in order to be Jewish and even then, unless she did a proper Orthodox conversion, rather than a typical reform conversion which is really the quick drive thru version to accommodate marital spouses but not really recognized by either the Orthodox, or Israel, she is and remains a non Jew.
And no, I am not Jewish myself but understand enough about the religion to consider Madonna studying the Kabala as somewhat comical.

I get the impression that Guy Ritchie is pretty secure about himself, and I think (would hope) that he enjoys Madge just the way she is. You have to admit that as a total package, she has been fabulous. They married later in life, so that would preclude any surprises for him about who she was, as everybody knew her (public) persona. Her private persona could be quite different. Stage performers wear their stage persona like a costume, for entertainment effect and purposes. They've built a nice little family of five (so far) and I'm sure Guy doesn't mind a bit that she comes with her own pursuits and her own money. He has his own busy work agenda, and she is probably
quite relieved by that, as she is as good at flying solo as she is as a pair. Perhaps being inducted into the R & R Hall of Fame is not as big a deal to those who have already won so much as it would be to an average Joe. Maybe they just had a squabble. Maybe things are a bit rocky. Maybe not. Maybe they just like to always have one parent available at all times for the kids. Who knows. I do know that I have great empathy and admiration for Madonna, who lost her Mom very young, but managed to focus and drive herself to her present day position. Many big performers become huge because of a passionate and dedicated ambition in part to fill some kind of a void. Hers was a very
constructive, albeit driven and positive response to overcoming a great personal sorrow, and I'm very glad for her that she succeeded.

There's a religion mistake in your post: first of all, Easter has always been a jewish celebration. The coincidence of Easter and Christ death became it a catholic celebration too, but that doesn't mean that jewish stopped celebrating it. You can wikipedia it to take out all doubts.
