Yeah photoshop does wonders… not that she is fat anyways, but notice how much they slimmed down her arm… her forearm is the same size… thats weird.

Photoshop with a capital "P".. Not only is it overly-photoshopped, but it's a swimmingly craptacular job…as punctuated by the freakishly small forearm in comparison to her (most likely untouched) ginormo-hand. I'm a graphic designer, and understand that Photoshop is integral in the arsenal of tools to "improve" upon raw photos…but, please people, let's stay away from this type of extreme digital plastic surgery. Yikes! Although, as scary as it is, it does scream "job security" in my ear if this is the quality of work they've got going over at TV Guide.
However, I'm not convinced these two actually posed for this picture together to begin with…for all we know, this could be a picture of Britney from 5 years ago, spliced together with the pic of Radnor.

That's some kind of photoshopping done on her. The arms alone look tight and tone and we all know her arms are loose and pudgy. Without all those photoshopping tricks she'd look like a washed up 40 something hasbeen when in fact she's a 20 something hasbeen.
