it does look like impetigo gone on a rampage. she seems to be very, very hard on her body. drugs (we know she does them), very late nights (i admit, i get this from sites like this), depression (cutting and drugs would be the clues here), lack of proper nutrition (look at her compared to years ago), etc. the way she treats her body would make her vulnerable to many varieties of illness. and a weakened mental state would do the same.
drugs are a horrible trap, and going to rehab for a few days just to detox is not enough to resolve an addiction. the drugs only exacerbate her pre-existing problems anyway, and those are probably even more complex than coke, or crack addiction. she has a long, long way to go. get well amy.
She has been afflicted, stricken by the Lord God of Israel with boils and sores. Just like Job. I hope it is not leprosy (which will not heal or go away). If she is indeed now a leper, the law of the Lord God of Israel dictates she cover herself head to foot, and avoid human contact, hide herself—and shout "Unclean, unclean" if unsuspecting innocent un-stricken people approach.) Poor girl, I truly hope she is not destined to live out her life in a leper colony.

a lot of people have impantigo (sp) that never had a past filled with drugs and alcohol. my brother has had flare ups of it his whole life. i don't think it's fair to group the disease (that by the way, really sucks for those who have it) in with amy wino and her drug problem. that's really not fair to say that that for all the regular people out there who have to live with the disease every day, and didn't get it from their lifestyle.

jimmity…it's VITILIGO that mr m.j. has…it causes those who are afflicted with it to lose their pigmentation and they are highly sensitive to the sun…makes them burn very easily. my husband has it and it really affects his self confidence. his uncle is afflicted with it as well but his pigmentation has evened out and he no longer is all spotty. instead he is all white, just like michael jackson.
