On the other hand, Mariah's new release, E=MC2 (out April 15th) is not even in Amazon's top 100.

Madonna fans won't have to rush to the store to buy the new album on the day it's released because over half of the songs will be leaked before then anyway. They can save a few bucks and wait for Amazon to ship. E=MC2 will outsell Hard Candy by far in the US. Amazon pre-sales are not a good way to predict how well an album will sell.
MADONNA is still the QUEEN! Mariah's music is stagnant, stale, boring, and unoriginal. She is done folks, has been for a while. Whereas Madonna is always reinventing herself, her look, and her music. We will see Madonna trump Mimi on all accounts - yet again.

I'm sure if Madonna has any success on this mess of a CD it will be due to her collaborations with Justin, Timothy and the rest of them - it's a pretty safe formula that worked really well for Nelly Furtado and ignited a buzz for Keri Hilson. Madonna will always be in the spotlight because she degrades herself publicly. Her only re-invention methods are "how much more of a secular whore can I present myself as." I have much more respect for Ms. Carey, she's a class act and even though she dresses very sexy (with a body and looks like hers - who wouldn't?) she doesn't whore it up to sell records and her fan base goes way beyond the scope of gay men and 40-50 year olds.

LOL at all those losers that say that FATRIAH has sold more than Madonna. Just look at the facts you deluded fans. And while it's true that Fatriah outsold Madonna here in the US, they both ended up selling just as much from their last album except that since Fatriah is a local star she sold most of her albums here in the US while Madonna is a World star she sold some here in the US and the rest around the world. Madonna was #1 in a lot of other countries including UK and Italy. What about Fatriah? How many countries was she #1 with her last album? And you all critizie Madonna for being old and posing the way she is on the magazine covers but just look at Fatriah…just look at her last video? When is this crazy btch going to grow up? All she really cares is about getting #1's. There's not one bone of originality in her. She has never taken any risks with her music career and probably never will specially now that she's near her 40's.
