Mariah Carey (aka Pariah Scary circa 2001) is the undisputed BEST SELLING Female Artist Worldwide of the SoundScan era and since Soundscan is the only sure way of tracking sales and we cant really or accurately tell how many albums were sold by any artist prior to the Soundscan era (before 1990) it is SAFE to say Mooriah is the best selling female artist once all her album and singles sales are taken into account. There is no comparison between Mariah and Madonna except comparing album sales and Mariah has clearly beaten Madonna (although I like some of Madge's music too) and in this case Mooriah is clearly the WINNER. I just wish she wouldnt act like such a "Ditzy Moron" all the time like she does these days as she sounds like a Dork. She is actually way COOLER then she appears !!!
