Yesterday we mentioned that Madonna's new album, Hard Candy, was #18 on the Amazon best sellers list for CDs, and it isn't even out ’til April 29th.
Well, today the album is at #2!!!!
So awesome!
Mimi managed to move up as well. She's currently at #40, but still a far distance from her Madjesty.
E=MC2 is out BEFORE Madonna's record (on April 15th), so we're a bit worried about her sales. Hey, at least she's on the list now. Yesterday, Mariah wasn't even on Amazon's top 100!

Worry about Mariah's sales is pretty retarded considering "Touch My Body" is the #4 song on the Airplay charts in the country, and #14 on the Hot 100 WITHOUT a digital single to give her sales support. The woman is going to be on American Idol and Oprah the week her album drops, without a doubt Mariah is probably looking at her biggest first week sales of her career if everything plays out right.

Re: johann – Actually there is a huge feud between Madonna and Mariah. Which was started by Mariah years ago. You should get your facts straight. Mariah said Madonna hadn't been popular since Mariah was in 6th grade. Then reportedly Madonna was to be informed of mariah tickets sales and laughed when she couldn't sell out her tour. Confessions made over 200 million. So Mariah and Madonna do hate each other…and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

Mariah did do something for the "Heroes" who died on 9/11, she paid them a tribute with the song, Never Too Far/Hero.
