She's mad the judge released the court transcripts in her bitter divorce battle with Paul McCartney. VERY mad!
Mucca just released the following statement.
She says:
“As the record shows, I had no wish for these proceedings to be made public, but releasing them in part is particularly unfair.
It seems an overall tabloid-created perception of my personality is preferred to much detail that I prepared for my case.
I would suggest in the interests of fairness, it is now in the public interest to reveal the transcripts of the full court proceedings.
As this judgement is now being used to further my vilification, details contained within the transcripts and evidence will paint a far fairer and truthful picture which is in the interests of justice.
Publishing this judgement is against the principle of privacy expected within family courts. A person has a right to privacy when they a family court and this was taken away from me.
This decision appears to have been taken with disregard for my human right to privacy and that of my daughter.
It cannot be in her interests that one parent is condemned by the media while the other is ‘prtoected’ or even revered.
With my head held high I am glad to be a strong woman and will use my wealth productively and continue my attempts to make a positive difference in this world.
My strength and determination to move on and continue the work we started years ago is fortified by your support.”

Be careful what you wish for…I guess she didn't hear the part where the judge calls her pretty much less than credible…I would love to hear the rest of the BS she spewed in court. There are two problems with the above statements. One, she is using her daughter in an attempt to manipulate the media. If she is so concerned for her welfare, she should stop using her as a weapon.
Second, isn't this about her supposed persecution? You know, the old "poor, pitiful me" song and dance? Why does she care if her ex-spouse is, using her own spelling, "prtoected" and revered? So what if people have reverance for Paul, and so what if they want to protect him?
This demonstrates two things about this wench: she is seething angry even though she claims to be "very, very happy." It also demonstrates that she wants to damage Paul in any way she can. Too bad she is too stupid to realize that she will never win the battle of public affection against Paul. No-one likes a stupid, money-grubbing whore, no matter how hard she tries to villify Paul. Gloria Allred should advise her client to STFU — not that Allred is concerned about her client. For lawyers it is all about the money.

I know she is in England, but in NYS, the same would hold true…divorce proceedings are private, not released to the public. And, by the way, Paul's attorney called Heather "loser" when the proceedings were over. So, I think Heather was justified. BTW- Heather represented herself and did a pretty good job.

What remains so interesting is that Paul hired a brilliant female advocate to save his fortune, who did her job and `saw-through Heather` and with typcially restrained British intelligence - allowing Ms. Mills her day in and outside court to show exactly who she is!! Bravo, Ms. Shackleton: Paul`s advocate, does great Kung Fu! Ironically, should Ms. Mils (and Eyrial, fews of us refer to her with her desired title anymore), have retained her original legal representation, the likelihood would have been that she would have emerged with more money and the matter remained more discrete. Odds are that in five to six months, should she remain in the U.K she will probably seek out publicist Max Clifford who I can think is the only one capable of trouble-shooting this type.
