But some people, like me, just seem to be born with addictive personalities, and we're drawn to do these dangerous, self destructive things, like drinking, smoking or drugs. people who don't have these tendencies just don't get it.
Luckily, I have quit for many years because I always felt shitty and it made my skin look like death. It really ruins your looks.

Ok, chantix is great for quitting smoking….the reason it works so good is that it makes you feel like vomiting; who can smoke when they are queasy all the time? (not everyone has that side effect, but I did and many of my friends). Still, it did force me to cut down quite a bit for the couple of weeks I was on it…I also lost a couple pounds, but I finally quit by myself (smoking, that is) because every time I felt like smoking, I would remember how crappy the chantix made me feel and it helped me overcome the craving…
