Our fellow Aries, Suri Cruise, will reportedly celebrate her 2nd birthday in high style.
Life & Style claims that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are keeping Suri out of the public eye til the day of her big bash to get massive press coverage. We've been wondering where Suri has been!
Could this really be the reason?!
If so, gross but savvy!
The alternative theory about the missing Suri is that Tom and Katie were forced to face up to the ugly truth that putting Suri out there is NOT a good thing. She's not the little adult TomKat claim she is.
A source close to the family recounted that one evening, on the way out of a restaurant, fans surged and freaked Suri out. According to the insider, "She (Suri) started blinking her eyes because people started taking pictures, and she put up an arm to shield her face. She cried and clung to Katie the whole way back to the hotel. That really upset Katie.”
Leave Suri alone!
But don't keep her locked up inside the TomKate mansion!

Suri is far too old to still be sucking on a baby bottle. For christsakes, she is going to be 2 years old here……….Whats up with that. Instead of sucking out of a bottle she should be already drinking out of a glass…….Since MS. PRINCESS is going to be 2 yrs old, when are they going to start potty training her ???????? Maybe by the time she is 5. These two are sad…….
Many celebs have thier 2+ year olds drinking out of a bottle or sucking on a pacifier- Get a clue and get rid of them after a year of age. Some extra attention and emotional support by a strong parent should make weaning simple.

Ok, this post is about Suri Cruise, not Obama..but since you brought it up…are you that politically ignorant that you don't know that all the demacratic candidates signed an agreement that FL and Michigan would not count, since they were holding those primaries earlier than usual…..Hill agreed to this but is back pedaling because she is desparate for delegates.
As for Suri, she should have been off the bottle 18 months ago, and given their "religion" why the heck wasn't she breast fed instead of using artificial ingredients. I guess that just applies to not using medications for mental issues or child birth. Her bottle is probably the only real constant in her life, seeing how she's been bounced around the globe.
Yeah why does she still have a bottle? Babies are not supposed to have bottles after 12 months old. I guess they must pay a big fancy dr. to tell them that it's ok to give your kid a bottle after 12 months. I remember seeing a picture of Posh's youngest a couple of months ago drinking from a bottle and he is about 3….These people are crazy.
Bottles are bad for babies mouths, since they can rot their teeth out as well as cause teeth malformation. I have children, so I know what I am speaking about. For what it's worth, I think Tom Cruise encouraged his superstar image and encouraged a brouhaha everywhere he goes since he first became a star. There are plenty of other stars that move about without a media circus. Stars have to realize they can't turn that off all that attention like a faucet…..after having courted it for so long….I don't remember TC and Nicole having problems moving about with their kids…

I actually hate him more everytime I see him pimping Suri. It's manipulative and disgusting. I could have forgotten about his couch jumping and several crazy incidents he behaved like a moran. But his pimping Suri out just reminds me how desperate he is to gain his popularity, which reminds me why he is laughed at and unpopular in the first place.
They need to give her exposure to normal children, so they can see it's NOT normal for a 2 year old to be drinking out of a bottle!

Ok, read this slowly so you understand it all…and by no means do I know EVERYTHING, but this much I do know as facts:
*The DNC told FL and Michigan their delegates would not be seated if they moved their primaries to January instead of March.
*Hillary signed an agreement with all the other candidates agreeing not to campaign in either state, ie, no candidate was counting on those delegates if those two states held their primaries in Jan as opposed to the DNC sanctified month of March.
*Of course Hillary won those two primaries, hers was the only name on the ballot.
So, if your vote doesn't count, it is because the state you live in, either FL or Michigan, didn't abide by the DNC rules…it wasn't a right wing conspiracy and this isn't kindergarten where Hill should get a $30 million "do over."
You know, you would also get your point across better without resorting to cursing and finger pointing as well. Maybe it would be better if you saved your comments for an actual Hill/Obama/Campaign Post..until then, read up on the facts! Have a good one!

It becomes a problem when children are allowed to have a bottle 24/7. Just because we see suri with a bottle everytime shes in public, doesn't mean she always uses one. They could be using it as a pacifier for when they go out in public and are surrounded by papparazzi. I have lots and lots of experience with children and I believe in being very strict with discipline but I don't see a problem with this, and lots of children I have cared for have still been on the bottle at 18 months and even onto two. I think it is very very normal.

Brianna, that's great that you have been exposed to children (a lot is a piece of ground by the way), but you can't quantify how much is too much bottle. There is harm and I would hate to see someone be misinformed by your reading your views. The best way is the boob, if not, then 12 months max for bottle. Also, why would you even introduce milk in a bottle?? Don't mean to sound harsh, but a sippy cup can be as much of a comfort as a bottle in public.
Wow, it never ceases to amaze me how idiotic the celebs are. Actually I think they shouldn't be allowed to breed at all, it only ends in miserable lives for the kids. yes, to have a child off the bottle at 12 months is the correct book answer, but most babies are not off of the bottle at one year old. My point was that I have cared for and seen lots of babies that are still on the bottle at 18 months and it is not that big of a deal. In my opinion a sippy cup is not as much of a comfort as a bottle, and Suri is their child and if they want to give her a bottle then they should. If you don't like bottles, then take your child off of one. Bottles are a comfort, and no one is going to be harmed by reading my comments. If you anyone is getting parenting advice from strangers on perezhilton.com they need to re-evaluate their parenting skills.

Brianna, well, I guess it all depends on what circles you are in as to whether it's normal or not for a child to be on the bottle after 12 months. I have 5 children and only the last two ever even had a bottle and were off it before 12 months. I don't know of any other families where toddlers with bottles were the norm. So you see your norm, isn't everyones. And yes it would be sad for people to get parenting advise from PH Blog, but I would guess some of the younger mom's on here would read that and take it verbatim…younger being a teenager. Oh, and I didn't need a book to tell me what I already knew made sense, nor did I need a bottle to comfort my child either…just saying!

I wasn't trying to be a know it all. I just think it's ridiculous that people try and judge parenting skills by paparazzi pictures. I was just pointing out that it is not unheard of for a child to have a bottle at 18 or 20 month old. If you think a child should be off of the bottle at one, then take them off of it then. But I don't think it is okay to say that everyone should do exactly what you think is right !

I have a little girl a few months older that Suri Cruise and I cannot imagine the life that she will have to endure because of who her parents are. I'm not saying that they should not have had her but money cannot buy everything. I can take my little one everywhere and she loves to run and play and she has never been afraid, she has her daddy and I protecting her.
