Point well taken Perez. Tullulah Belle appears to be wearing hot pants, and the cheeky moment occurred why she reached up to embrace her father. Kids grow up too fast sometimes and in many ways as well. The hot pants appear to fit her fine when she isn't stretching upward, so for that reason perhaps her mother didn't think they were inappropriate when Tullulah left the house. I don't think the unexpected cheeky episode is the result of bad parenting skills on the part of Bruce or Demi though, so try not to judge them too harshly. They seem to be very attentive and loving parents. I assume that Bruce and Demi still think of Tullulah Belle as their "baby" since she is the youngest, and for that reason they are probably not thinking about her just yet in terms of her blooming sexuality or scrutinizing her for pushing the envelope when it comes seductive dress. They may not realize yet that Tullulah Belle's legs are as sensational as her sister Rumer's. Great legs seems to run in that family.
