She probably isn't even looking after it. Impetigo is highly contagious and it seems like she really doesn't give a fuck about going out and passing it on to everyone. She needs to get her eyebrows waxed.

I doubt anyone could tell her: but she needs to take 1000mg of lysine 3 times a day, she should go on a maple syrup lemonwater fast for 5 days followed by a raw fruit & veg diet for 6 days, and becuase she has bulimia/anarexia she should add watercrackers and flaxseeds, as well as a multi-vitamin and possible B shot. Absolutely no seafood products,red meat, or nuts(these things tend to add and irritate to her skin condition as well as chapped lips). This is holistic treatment for her skin condition. she should also abstain of course from drugs, booze, sugar, caffiene, and smoking. She should absolutely wear no makeup and only wash her face with luke warm water, anything hotter tends to open and spread sores. It is very worrysome that a doctor has not been able to help her with this infection after this long.Why isn't someone helping her??

I had a friend who was a hopeless junkie back in the nineties. He developed an allergic reaction to heroin and it looked exactly like this. He didn't give it up though. The addiction was just too strong.
