why would anyone ask chelsea clinton a question in the first place? they should just come here and read the postings of the greatest internet poster ever born.

When are people going to get it through their head that when you CHOOSE to be in the public life that ALL areas of your life are on display. And it is not like she is a 10 year girl. And her Mom is not auditioning for a movie….she is running as the leader of our country. Toughen up ladies, and you are NOT allowed to be human when you are trying to get a job that requires super humna strength and integrity (or at least it should).
unfortunely it is our business she is running for President if she doesnt want it to be our business then she should stay out of any public eye! I have no respect for any women who stays with a man after being cheated on.
I have a problem with Chelsea's response only because this was an opportunity for her to show the people just how strong of a woman her mother is. Instead of telling the person who asked her this question, "It's none of your business," She should have pointed out that going through a situation such as infedelity in a marriage is extremely difficult for anyone, especially if you have been married for 20 yrs, but her mother not only went through the "monica lewinsky" scandal, but the Jennifer Flowers thing and a few more as well. She should have pointed out that her mother went through one of the most humiliating and painful episodes in her life, not in private but infront of the whole world. The fact that she was able to keep her dignity and integrity intact, speaks volumes about her!

I dont understand why this is an off limits question. It was asking about her moms credibilty. This was a great chance to tell people all about how she is creditable and strong even when things are hard. And whether she likes it or not this was a part of history. We have a right to know. Totally legit question. She should have been prepared for something like that. The question was about her mother's CREDIBILITY… not personal life. She could have came off as very mature and smart if she had answered that differently. The question basically asked "Can your mother still have the respect of foreign leaders despite past scandals such as Lewinsky?" If Hillary is seen as the husband of BJ Bill and not taken seriously, how are we to survive in this competitive, dangerous world with her in charge??
