His Daughter Was In The Car!!!!!

Heather is gonna be pissed!!!!!
As we mentioned first, earlier today, Richie Sambora was arrested for drunk driving Tuesday night.
To make matters even worse, reports are surfacing that Ava, Sambora's 10 year old daughter, was in the car with him at the time of his DUI arrest!!!!!
WTF?!?!
It's one thing to drive around alone and drunk, but to do so with your daughter in the car? Crazy!
Not that you should be driving drunk in the first place!
Police are not yet confirming or denying that it was Sambora's daughter in the car, since the situation is still under investigation.
Laguna Beach Sgt. Jason Kravetz told Us Weekly that "There were three females in the car, two of them were juveniles. The officer [that arrested Sambora] formed the opinion that Mr. Sambora had been operating his vehicle under the influence of alcohol."
Sambora is set to appear in court on May 7th.
Let's hope he doesn't drive for a while.
Momma Locklear's probably having a nice, long talk with her lawyers right about now!

I feel bad for him. He looks beat up and not just from being drunk. I think Heather probably dealt with this behavior of his for a long time in her marriage. You don't just become a drunk over night. As for driving with under age kids or his daughter… well, thank God they are all safe. I think Richie needs to move back to NJ. It seems as if he got caught up with the entire Hollywood/CA thing (we all know driving sh*tfaced is the thing to do there). That was Heather's scene NOT his. Maybe it's time to revisit his roots. I know Ava is in CA with her mother but he can't expect to be getting many visitations with her after this stunt. Jon B. seems like such a good influence and family man, maybe he should surround himself with people like that more often. Best of luck to him.

I met him once an LA airport and he was so nice. Down to earth and charming. he did not have makeup on or his hair done, and he looked fine. I just read in people magazine that he has been sober. The guy went through a divorce and breakup and the loss of his father, but that is still no excuse to drive drunk. There is never an excuse to drive drunk with all the other options out there today. he is lucky he did not harm his daughter. He needs to grown up stop feeling sorry for himself, get sober, go to rehad and take care of his family before it is to late for him. He is way to old to start self destructing now…this should have been done in his twenties.
