The song was mediocre in comparison to some other French artists like Amiele Simon.. and the video was lame with really no point. Flames on the stage where she stepped? The song is actually called L'Incendie (The Fire). It was written by a talented songwriter called Jean Fauque and plays with sounds and images. If it doesn't seem to mean anything at first hearing, this song is actually about being fusional and enduring your other significant's absence like a devastating fire.
"L'Incendie, c'est l'un sans l'autre/C'est un feu d'euphorie ou de fôret" is really typicall of that play with alliterations and images. It could be translated by "The Fire is one without the other/ It's bursting out of laughter or bursting into fire".
Vanessa still looks gorgeous but she's washing out. Well, she's getting older. And it's quite tricky for former lolitas to age gracefully. She likes hippy chic, but let's hope she doesn't turn into some kind of Brigitte Bardot who sports flowers in her grey hair and has more wrinkles than a sharpei!
She dances like Elaine from Seinfeld. Overall song is not bad, video is ok. I think she should lose that gap but I can see how french people love her quirkiness, and johnny similarly.
