Touch My Body has been on the chart for six weeks and it peaked at a high of #14 last week.
Let's hope digital downloads will help get Mimi's number back up!

ANY woman can do the whistle register, seriously you can. Even if you cannot sing regular a female can hit those whistle notes. What Mariah does is nothing special. Her regular voice is mediocre so she tries to impress with the whistle register to make people think her voice is better than it is. In reality, Christina Aguilera and Leona Lewis are way better singers. Even Kelly Clarkson can hit a high note without relying on the whistle register.

this was expected and is hardly a disappointment at this point. She is #4 on airplay and she still has strong bullets in all formats. She will most likely be top 3 in airplay next week and leading in downloads if she can hold off Madonna (which she seems to be doing handily). She is the only single in the top 15 that does not have sales helping her chart position, her #15 position is ALL airplay. SOOOO staying in the top 15 is ACTUALLY quite an accomplishment……more than one could say for madonna's airplay (she debuted in the 60s this week with dismal airplay AND some 20,000 downloads) ….I can say with 95% certainty that she will get her 18th #1 next week. No matter what ya'll repeatedly say about her she is about to make music history.
