Lindsay Lohan enjoyed a relaxing evening with pals at Mel's Diner in Los Angeles on Tuesday night.

That was La Lohan's second stop of the night. Earlier that evening, the recovering addict met up with her friends at Hollywood nightclub Les Deux.

Take it from me, she definitely looks high. The big paranoid eyes are either pot - with some serious help from visine, coke or ecstasy - the bug eye drug. I don't believe for a second that the rehab stint was anything more than just a publicity stunt. She needs her younger fans to believe she got clean, she needs directors and producers to buy the same idea if she's ever going to work again in hollywood. Films, and their actors, have to be insured. And she knew that no one would insure a film with her in it unless she "cleaned up her act" or at least pretended to. All she had to do was her 30, sorry 45, days, and wear some stupid alcohol detection anklet to make it seem like she is now clean. Too bad there's no coke anklet, or ecstasy anklet. Then she'd really have a conundrum on her hands. Good thing that technology is not available, yet. For now, she can say "I'm clean!" even if she's blowing fat rails of nose candy.
