Personally, I think he was way out of line. It's not he is Paris Hilton or Lindsay. He is not in the gossip columns all the time. He just showed what an ass he is, and he deserves to have his ass sued. That camera was not in his "personal space" or anything like that. It was a respectful distance from Gary, and Gary should have just rode away. Am I the only one that thought Gary sounded a little inebriated?

I cannot say I agree with what how the paparazzi get the pictures they take. Yes, I think everyone deserves their privacy but we cannot blame the over zealous photographers. If we didn't support their occupations (celebrity magazines, gossip websites, TV shows whose entire premise is just showing what the celebrity of the day or week has been up to among other ventures). It's supply and demand, we demand these photos and they supply them. As long as society has a curiosity about celebrity types there will be paparazzi, good, bad or indifferent. For the record, I'm in the last category. I could care less. I could care less. The same celebrities complaining and attacking the paparazzi for snapping their pictures would be the first ones curled up in the fetal possition on their therapist couch if they suddenly stopped stalking them.
