That woman could be Cuban, Puerto Rican, Dominican, Panamanian, or any other latin nationality. Not all latinos look at white as Perez, Selena or J. Lo. I'm a black woman of two biracial parents and I can't tell you how many latinos I've seen that are darker than me. Educate yourselves…oh wait, wrong blog.
