I think that shouldn't change the way you look even if you are on Magazine covers or in Hollywood. Because if you want to change the way you look you will probably end up like Nicole Richie, Hilary Duff, or the Olsen Twins. And have like an eating Disorder. But I think Kelly Clarkson looks fine. I don't htink she should lose weight. She looks perfectly healthy.

Fat by Hollywood standards? Yeah. By real world standard? Heck no. She looks healthy, and it's refreshing to have a non-size 0 people in the entertainment industry. Whether these people signed up to be role models to kids or not, they are. Kelly seems to be one of the better role models in Hollywood.

Kelly Clarkson is skinnier than what the "average" American woman would be. Isn't the average size a 12 now? And what is Kelly 7-8? That's such bullshit to call her fat. She's not a size zero, so that means she's overweight. No wonder we have people like Nicole Richie walking around.

Weighting 95 pounds is not healthy and not hot. Kelly is a average normal size. Everyone who thinks this isent true has no idea about health what so ever.

I think she looks "healthy" in a sense that she's normal. She does have a little pudge, but most Americans do. What sucks is that she was average at first, showed she could lose the weight and be "hot," then she gained it right back. If she'd never lost it in the first place, no one would've cared!
skinnygirluver and all others: The correct weight you should be is usually measured by BMI. She looks to be in a normal range. You can not classify someones weight by your own eyes, only medically.
I deff. think slimming down would not be a bad idea for her! She is famous! With hollywood standards she IS very pudgy and she is deff. not living up to he hollywood potential.

I've been so hounded with so many different people saying what's healthy and what's not i've lost sight of what actually constitutes as normal and what constitutes as over-weight/under-weight.

She looks healthy. The trouble is that we are unused to seeing photographs of people of a healthy weight. The problem lies not with her but with the weight of all those who are size zero, and the fact that seeing someone who is a normal size shocks us so much.

She is at a good weight for her body and every other celebrity needs to take a good look at her and be thankful for a good role model. Compared to the average American, I think she looks great. Compared to Hollywood standards, yeah, she's kinda chunky…..but I think it's the clothes she wears more than anything else. I probably weigh more than she does, but you learn to wear clothes that flatter your body and make you look skinnier. What I think is that one can look fat without being fat. This is done by wearing clothes that are too small. Kelly is not fat, she is simply squeezing too much into to little. Perspective is everything, especially in photos. This is bothersome as well because 'idol' is her title. She should try being a good idol by wearing clothes that fit. Not by wearing too tight tops that squeeze her rolls into view.
