i think kelly looks fine, its different from before but, at least she is not 98 or 80 pounds, shes thick and gots curves
it dont matter how she looks cause she is the best singer

I think she looks a bit chunky… By European standards, she is overweight. I'd say she is on the road to becoming unhealthy and she looked prettier when she was thinner. Don't get me wrong, I think she's beautiful and talented, but I'm sure she can afford a personal trainer. I think thinness is about control and her weight gain makes her seem less "together."

she is on the chubby side, but on the whole she looks healthy and average, and i think she looks great the way she is now. definitely setting a better example than nicole richie! and i applaud her for doing her own thing with her new album despite pressure from the big guys, even if the album did flop. good for her for not making something so mainstream and for wanting to put herself into the record.
If you weight more than 100lbs your fat. If you weight less then 98lbs your anorexic. Make up you freaking mind people. With a large percentage of the country overweight I don't think anyone has any right to say anything about her. She's got some meat BFD. She is talented and beautiful. Rock on.

I, as a 14 year old girl, think that Kelly Clarkson is perfect. She is one of the best role models out there for girls like me. It's better than having your so-called "role model" have pictures of her getting arrested outside her HUGE MILLION DOLLAR MANSION. I think that the media, is so fed up with not having 'drama' that they make it up. I think Kelly Clarkson is doing a great job in her music career, and knows where she's going. I think the media should leave her alone. She's 10 times better than any other role model in Hollywood.

I hate the fact that artists are under such scrutiny about their weight. Where I'm from (Finland) our celebrities can lose and gain weight without it making the headlines of every single tabloid. Kelly has never been a skinny girl, she's always looked great and healthy. Now she has put on some weight but that's ok, she's not overweight or anything. She still looks healthy and beautiful.
I think that one week they would publish a story on women in the spotlight that are gorgeous and sexy, tell them to loose weight and that they shouldnt be in showbiz. She's not fat. She could probably lose 10-15 pounds and look and feel a little bit better, but she's not FAT. I think Kelly's problem is that she sometimes still wears tiny clothes even when she's a little heavier. She just needs to wear better-fitting clothes. If you've got a roll on your tummy, don't wear a tight little shirt emphasizing it! Accentuate your positive features. I love Kelly; I think her music is awesome and she's a non-conformist.
