Ryan Phillippe is keeping his body tight!
The buff actor was spotted leaving the Gym on Nero in West Hollywood Tuesday, and he showed off some new ink. Not sure if it's for real or for a film.
At first glance it looked like a piece of a bald eagle, perhaps a nod to his soldier character in his new war drama Stop-Loss. However, upon closer inspection, the tat seems to be that of a phoenix rising from the ashes.
How deep!
Post-Reese, he is a new man.

He was on Howard Stern last week or the week before (can't remember) anyhow, he was super cool. He talked about his ex and her relationship, his kids, his family and everything else. He was pretty open about everything, he even admitted to being a BIG fan of Howard and he is because he knows everybody from the show, it was HILARIOUS!! Howard Stern Rocks!!!

He was interviewed in a magazine lately, and he said he had a dagger on his ankle with the Latin sentence "Nemo me impugne lacessit"- he said it translates into "You words cannot impugn me". Uh, no, it's actually much more vengeful. It means "No one provokes me with impunity". I may be a dork for knowing that, but I'm not the toolbox who gets tats that I don't even understand.
