Madonna has been a health nut for years. But I'm sure she sees the best dermatologists and maybe a plastic surgeon for some non-invasive tweaking. I do think she's looked better a little heavier, though. Although I know she's battled weight in the past, so she's probably terrified of gaining a pound today.
