Little Jamie Lynn Spears is pregnant AND engaged, but Momma Spears isn't going to let this baby lose her money in divorce!
Lynne is (rightfully) said to be insisting that the couple sign a pre-nup.
A source tells In Touch Weekly, "The contract is already drawn up and ready to go. Lynne's not sure marriage is a good idea, but she'll go along with that if that's what Jamie Lynn wants, as long as Casey signs the contract."
A family friend says Lynne is worried about Casey and is aware of rumors that he's a cheater. He adds, "Lynne is keeping an eye on him. He doesn't seem as committed to the relationship as Jamie Lynn."
Momma spears is currently back in Kentwood to celebrate Jamie Lynne's birthday this Friday.
The soon-to-be new mommy is turning 17. She's almost old enough to vote!

i think she shouldn't get married that just means GAME OVER for her i think just because your pregnant shouldn't mean you go and get married thats worthless i think she will end up getting a divorce i'm just setting my opinon out there because i think shes to young to get married but being pregnant i cant say much about that because i'm in that same position i understand the concept of people saying it will be hard i've been through it with my cousins baby for alomost over 7 months it wasnt bad but thire was some bad times were i thought i was going crazy but people say when you have your own child its completely different so i will have to wait and see .now i was just on another website filled with comments about jamie lynn and this girl had said she would never take advantage of taking taxes of other peoples money like welphar i know someone who does that and i think its retarded but she goes to school but the thing is she celects it but don't go on it get a night job get someone to look after your child for a couple of hours .but good luck with everything jamie lynn
