David Letterman's show last night not only featured Walnuts' high-larious comedy routine, but also a Top 10 list in which Thomas Beatie, the transgender man who is now 23 weeks pregnant, was labeled an "androgynous freak show."
Letterman attempts to explain Beatie's situation using a cutting motion: "He had the thing."

can people please realize that sex and gender are different from each other? sex is biological, while gender is "an individual's self-conception as being male or female".
a person is not a freak just because their gender does not fit their sex. think about it historically…the idea of what a female is has changed so much over the years. when we say "be a man" we mean ACT like one, not whip out your reproductive tools. if a person looks like a man, acts like a man, and you think he is a man (not knowing his true sex), THEN FOR ALL PURPOSES HE IS A MAN. it was you that said, "sir".
