David Letterman's show last night not only featured Walnuts' high-larious comedy routine, but also a Top 10 list in which Thomas Beatie, the transgender man who is now 23 weeks pregnant, was labeled an "androgynous freak show."
Letterman attempts to explain Beatie's situation using a cutting motion: "He had the thing."

His wife couldn't have a baby. And he thought he'd be nice and do it for his wife. So they could have a baby. But its still a really odd thing for someone to do..well..a man to do
Letterman is right, I mean he just said he/she is a freak… He/she is. They're definitely different than what is perceived as normal. So it is right to call them a freak, it's not like this person doesn't hear it everyday. They chose this life style, and they're gonna get this shit with it. They're choice, our criticism.

in response to Keri-Ann..I agree. this person has taken away the ONE thing women had to call their own. Pregnancy was for a man to experience THROUGH his wife. Not the other way around. I don't know what the world is coming to. Its absolutely UNNATURAL for a man to give birth. I don't judge the man, because he his trying to give his wife a child that she can't have. BUT I don't exactly condone his actions. The man/woman him/herself may be a great person. But the action which he is doing..doesn't really make him/her seem that way. The pregnant person is man appearance wise but he's actually a women. So what if he's pregnant, your not having the baby leave him alone. However much you may dislike the circumstances of this pregnancy both the father and the unborn child are human beings as well as children of God. If you have a vagina and a uterus you are a woman so this is not even a pregnant man. She is out there getting publicity when she should be more worried about her unborn child.

What bothers me about this is that every interview or articles about this say's "man having a baby" how misleading is that?, more like a woman who turned into a man halfway is having a baby or transgender woman/ man having a baby! what ever you like but not man having a baby?!, i wish a man could have a baby but no man who wasn't born woman first will ever have a baby as long as he has no womb or reproductive system, he's only chopped his boobs off the rest is still woman, only he feels like a man and that's all , they should stop making money from this, it's no headline.

We shit on alcoholics for drinking while pregnant. How is this different? Pregnancy isn't for everyone and it ultimately affects the poor child, not the selfish parents.

I must be stupid but in my anatomy classes the defination of a male was not defined as a male having female reproductive organs. A woman has them and even if the breasts were removed and if they were taking the hormones to gain the masculine voice and facial hair they must still have enough female hormones in their body to produce an egg to be fertalized. So where is this a man?????? Looks do not make a man. SO why is everyone making such a big deal out of this. She is still a pregnant woman and will always be a woman until the female sex change is done to make her a man.
