In Touch really needs to get their selves straight. There is nothing wrong with these photos. She's not half naked, everything that MAKES a scandalous story is covers and these are typical pictures for a young model. I speak from experience.
Any 16 year old girl in the modeling business knows that the bathing suit shots are innocently done to show potential clients if you have any scars or anything else that could interfere with there desired image.
