I love Chelsea Handler and watch her show religiously over here in Australia. Her sense of humour and wit would be very popular Down Here (but I don't know how many people have cable TV here). ANYWAY, firstly I want to thank Nancy for speaking sense. And the other person who applauded her for it too.
Secondly, if this is even true (how would I know?), vaginal surgery isn't usually about tightening a so-called 'loose' vag. It's usually an issue of the inner lips (labia minora) extending outside the outer lips (labia majora) and it's something you're either born with or you're not. It has absolutely NOTHING to do with past sexual experience whatsoever. I've heard that sex can be quite painful in these (fairly common) cases, and that even walking can create friction that hurts.
