Last week, on March 28th, 2008, Miley Ray Cyrus, who was born Destiny Hope Cyrus, filed to protect and trademark "Miley" in relation to a wide range of products and services.
She recently also legally changed her name from Destiny Hope to Miley.
Girlfriend wants to start building her EMPIRE!
Some of the items listed under Miley's trademark requests include CDs, DVDs, furniture, games, household items, skin care products, toys, clothing, and the list goes on and on and on.
Here all are the items Smiley Miley wants to trademark.

I think she is being really smart. Look at the Olsen twins, they have an empire that keeps them in the $$ without even having to work.
