I know he touched mine and when I have to call my parents to say he's passed, I'm hoping my Father will call me first, I don't know, it's still kind of early yet. He meant that much to our family. You cannot base the totality of a man by one segment of his life, or about what he believes concerning one major issue. So stop being small minded simply because you disagree about the guns.
We should also outlaw cars too they kill over 20,000 people a year. Hell outlaw potato chips and ice cream too. Do you know how many people in this country die of over weight issues. We should all just sit perfectly still in a chair and don't move, this way we don't have to worry anymore.

No Charlton Heston was not the greatest actor of his day, Brando was, but Mr. Heston did great things in his life at a time when doing such things really mattered. He will be greatly missed and if people would just pull their asses out of Michael Moore's behind and look at this man's history, they will see the truth and realize that Heston was a giant. On a different note, I hear that Paul Newman, also in his eighties is at death's door. The old ones are dropping like flies but at least they had long stellar careers and their movies will be with us forever.

No Charlton Heston was not the greatest actor of his day, Brando was, but Mr. Heston did great things in his life at a time when doing such things really mattered. He will be greatly missed and if people would just pull their asses out of Michael Moore's behind and look at this man's history, they will see the truth and realize that Heston was a giant. On a different note, I hear that Paul Newman, also in his eighties is at death's door. The old ones are dropping like flies but at least they had long stellar careers and their movies will be with us forever.

I didn't agree with what he did after Columbine….Like I said in my last post there is a time and a place for everything and they really should not have had their rally when and where they did.
I am not really sure if baning guns would help because if a person REALLY wanted a gun they would find a way to get it. I just don't like the fact that a child can walk into their familys home and easily take their parents gun and shoot someone with it. I think people need to be responsible about how they keep their guns. It is not enough to just tell your child not to touch it then leave it in a closet where they can easily get to it.
