Hmm. I'm betting the scorpian had its stinger removed before she dropped it down her pants because the pain of its sting would be unbearable in that region. Its for a movie and I've seen a lot worse on screen and OFF screen. Hilary won't be the first and she won't be the last to do a steamy scene. She's 'branching' out..so to speak.
